Each therapy is carefully designed to address the root cause of illness and promote long-term wellness through time-honoured Ayurvedic protocols.
Ayurvedic healing uses organic, whole herbs to restore equilibrium. Click on a herb below to flip and explore its properties, tastes (Rasa), and primary therapeutic benefits.
Reduces stress, nourishes the nervous system, builds endurance, and balances Vata and Kapha doshas.
Powerful natural anti-inflammatory, detoxifies the liver, purifies blood, heals skin, and balances all three doshas.
Calms the mind, enhances memory, improves focus and concentration, aids restful sleep, and pacifies Pitta and Vata.
Unlike symptomatic treatments, Panchakarma addresses the root imbalance by systematically eliminating accumulated toxins (ama) from every cell of the body — enabling genuine, lasting healing rather than temporary relief.
At Panchasuddhi Ayurveda & Panchakarma Research Centre, every programme is individually designed by Dr. Suman Lata after a thorough Prakriti (constitution) analysis and pulse diagnosis.
Before detoxification begins, the body is prepared through Snehana (internal and external oil lubrication) and Swedana (herbal steam). This loosens and mobilizes deep-seated toxins, guiding them toward the digestive tract for easy elimination.
The main five purification processes (Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana) are performed. Based on your specific Dosha imbalance, one or more of these therapies are administered to completely eliminate toxins from the system.
Post-treatment restoration involves Sansarjana Krama (a progressive diet to rekindle digestive fire) and Rasayana (rejuvenating herbal remedies). This restores strength, boosts immunity, and stabilizes the body's systems for long-term health.
Every individual is a unique combination of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Take our interactive 5-question Ayurvedic constitution test to find your dominant Dosha and customized wellness recommendations.
